Visas for South Africa

Delegates from certain countries will require a visa to enter South Africa, and they are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to obtain one.

If you need a visa, you are urged to contact the nearest South African embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine where you should apply and to enquire about the estimated length of time to complete the visa process. Applying a minimum of three months before the conference is recommended.

Please note that your registration fee cannot be refunded if your visa is refused because your visa application was made too late or was incomplete.
